The Bluesun 6kW 48V Single Phase Hybrid Solar Inverter is a compact all-in-one system combining an inverter, solar charger, and battery charger. It is designed for residential and light commercial use, improving solar self-consumption by prioritizing direct PV power, storing excess energy in batteries, and supplying backup power when solar generation is insufficient. It also supports diesel generator input to maintain uninterrupted operation during grid outages.
It supports up to 9.0kW PV input with a wide MPPT range of 80–500V (170–500V full operating range) and a maximum PV voltage of 550V, allowing flexible system design and strong PV oversizing capability. Dual MPPT inputs with up to 18.5A per string (26A short-circuit current) improve energy harvesting under varied environmental conditions.
The inverter is optimized for 48V battery systems, supporting lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries with a nominal voltage of 51.2V and an operating range of 40–60V. It provides up to 4.8kW charge and discharge power with a maximum current of 80A for efficient energy storage management.
On the output side, it delivers 6kVA continuous single-phase power at 220/230V with seamless switching between modes. It maintains low harmonic distortion below 3% and a near-unity power factor of 0.999, ensuring stable and clean power for sensitive loads. Peak output capacity reaches 9kVA for short-duration demand surges.
Built for reliability, it features a transformerless design, intelligent fan cooling, and operates in temperatures from minus 25°C to 60°C, with humidity tolerance up to 100% and altitude support up to 4000 meters.
